We strongly recommend opting for bulk packaging if the product is not intended for retail. This cuts down on the amount of plastic produced and also reduces the shipping weight, meaning we can offer you better prices.
We try and re-use as many boxes as we can to cut down on the number of new boxes we consume.So if you receive a box which is slightly damaged please understand the reasons why.
We always offer customers the option to receive invoices via email and to be able to make payments online to reduce the amount of paper consumed.
